Start of the 3rd week, and I had a few disappointments!! I've come to the conclusion that I get much better results if I work out earlier in the day! So that will be my goal on the weight training days! Also I bought a new scale! Which means my weight was different than what I had weighed previously! But I'll stick with this scale for a while for accuracy! I'll also start posting up its calculations (it estimates body fat and hydration levels)! So if you check out my workout sheet (link on the side) you'll see that for chest - back that my numbers suck!! ah well! I'm stickin with it!

Did day 4 yoga x last night. Well, I started yoga x and realized a) it was too difficult for me, and b) even if it wasn't too difficult, it was just too boring for 1 1/2 hours.
Ended up stretching for an hour, which was probably better anyway.
My wife thought it was lame to, and she's much more limber than I am.
I don't know if I've lost weight (maybe a lb or two) but my stmach seems to be ever-so-slightly shrinking. Although that could be wishful thinking.
Which workout is the worst, in your opinion?
So far I'd have to agree with you. Yoga X would be what I consider the worst! BUT i must admit that I usually do it right before bed and it ends up being the best night sleep I have per week! BY FAR!
Right now I'm in a bad phase, I dont feel as if any progress (body fat wise) is being made! But I've been through this before so its not hard for me to stick through it! Just sucks when it hits!
