So for the past week or so I've been taking creatine as part of my supplements! And today I felt the effect! Shoulders and arms was such an amazing workout! I was not only pumped up throughout the workout but I felt amazing afterwards!! Also I was getting disappointed with the fact that my weight went up... now that I think about it went up when I started the creatine (water-weight) so that makes me feel a lot better! Once I finish off my bottles of creatine I'll cycle off of it and see if the water weight comes off! Here's some pics (might not be a big difference still but I can feel it!)
