P90X - Day 38

Alright, well I've stepped it up to overdrive! My one year is coming up (i started losing weight sept 18, 2006)! So far I've lost 60lbs and have gotten a lot more defined! It feels great but I need to get definite abs before sept 18th!!! So I've changed up my diet (I'm actually eating more!) and try to do cardio 6 days a week and weight training 5 days! I only have a month so you see why I have to step it up!! Anyway thanks for the comments! On to the pics... (they always look the same! So soon I'm gonna try to spice some of them up and try to keep you entertained!)

I been following your blog since day one - very impressive results. IT has inspired me to get the P90X DVDs. I been in decent shape but I have the fading Ab syndrome also! Do you add on Cardio after the normal workout (say in the afternoon.)? Keep you blog going - I let you know how my results go if you like.

Ed,
Thats what I'm here for. I'm just trying to get more people motivated to getting healthy! P90X has worked great for me so far, so it'd be good to hear how other people are dealing with it. Definitely keep me updated! Once I'm done with P90X I'm still going to keep this blog! I plan on writing out my for exercise schedule and all of that. It'll just take another month and a half until I'm finished with this program.

As far as cardio, I stick it in whenever I can actually! I'm pretty busy throughout the day so sometimes I dont have much time to throw in an additional workout. P90X has a great mix of cardio and weight training so thats why its working good for me. I have however started training with a friend for football. so we've been doing line drills and HIIT a lot lately.

Alright long answer... I'll post up more on all of this! Thanks for keepin up, hope to hear more from you.
