P90X - Day 58
I'm posting this a day late so if you check the dates they'll be a little off. Anyway, I'm back to hitting the routine pretty hard and my body knows it! I havent been taking in enough protein as I should and that could explain the immense soreness I have right now..... Everywhere!! So here's a lesson to you, get as much protein as you can!! At least 1 gram per pound (you weigh).
