Hello everyone! I'm getting back on track after my break. So here's the deal, I have a new workout that I'm developing. I plan to take it a month and see where things go. I obviously cant go into the details yet but I'll post my progress just like I did with P90X! I cant be on here long, so here are the pics of day 1.... yes I did pack a few pounds on haha.
