Plateau Time

I've been doing good! Keeping with my workout regimen and eating pretty healthy, not completely healthy... So I'm not at a plateau! I hit 233lbs and havent moved from there in 2 weeks! Its always frustrating when you get hit with one of these things! I have tried pretty hard these past to weeks to drop off it, but no luck yet!! I'm hoping to hit at least 220lbs by April!

Also a good kick starter might be... MY DAUGHTER IS DUE TO BE BORN TODAY!!! Although we arent going to induce it would be awesome if she came today! I'm ready to meet her!! She's the main reason I'm so motivated! I want to be able to keep up with her when she's here!

It's starting to work

So a few things have happened... most importantly is that I've stuck to it! I've been working out almost everyday and eating as healthy as I possibly can! Sure I have a cupcake every once in a while, I mean my wife is pregnant so sweets are everywhere! But I've limited myself and really stuck to a better eating plan! I'll start to take pictures again soon, to be honest I never wanted to before because I was pretty embarrassed with how big I got!

The major changes so far are:
1. Feel better - Man do I feel so much better than just a few weeks ago! I'm happier overall and just doing great!
2. Look better - Yup, I'm starting to look a lot better! And while I have a lot more to go I still smile when I look in the mirror!
3. Look better to my wife - Need I say more?
4. Weight Lose - obvious one but its something I'm stoked about! I'm down to 239lbs! I havent been under 240lbs in a year!

So here's to it! I'm hoping that by March 1st (my wife's due date) I'll at least be to 235lbs if not lower!
