Little by little!

Just a quick update... Been pretty busy lately! Lots of activities means less eating and more moving! I'm getting into Aussie Rules Football! Its awesome! And gonna help a lot in losing some weight! anyway, thats it for the quicky, enjoy the new pics! (240lbs)

Weight Lose Begins!

Well I'm going to officially say I've lost 10 lbs! I was starting to get frustrated because I never saw the scale move at all! And I've been riding my bike to work and back for 3 weeks now! My travel time and fitness level was improving dramatically but I never saw the scale move! I think I have a faulty scale... anyway I checked it this morning and I'm at 244lbs! Which considering I was hovering around 259 when I started thats pretty sweet! I'm still only officially calling it 10lbs but thats good enough to keep me going!

Keeping the fire lit!

Well I've been biking pretty consistently! Even in some nasty weather I kept it going! Taking pictures has really motivated me more than I thought... It's mainly the idea that I did so good only to let it all go to hell! I cant believe how stupid I was! Anyway, I havent lost a pound on the scale yet, which is pretty disheartening. But its only been a full week! I gotta give my body a chance!

Still going

Well I've been keeping up with the biking! Only missed one day because it rained pretty bad. Anyway my goal is to do what I did before. Drop to 220lbs then either start back up p90x or try insanity!

So in just 5 days of biking to work (about 5.6 miles each way) I've noticed a HUGE increase in the stamina, like I used to have! I really cant wait until I start shedding the pounds! My food intact has been right on track too! Still no picture! Embarrassment is holding me back, but I have to take a before sometime soon cause this weight wont be around for long!

New idea

I bought a bicycle! So my plan is to ride to work as much as weather permits! First time was today, its about 6 miles. I figure 12 miles a day should help me on my shedding pounds. Plus its actually pretty fun, a MILLION times better than being bored on the treadmill!

For the past 3 days I've actually kept my calorie intake below 1600! So as soon as I can I'll start posting pics again! I think I'm finally back on track!
