Routine is the key!

I'm still not back on track! But I'm working my way there! I realized that the main reason I did so well in the past is that I had a constant routine! I ate the same things at the same time everyday! I worked out twice a day (cardio in the morning, weights at night)... not a great life but it got me to a good point in my health! Then I failed to maintain!! It takes A LOT of hard work to lose the weight and look good, but its not hard at all to maintain... unless you just lose your routine altogether! Not trying to make excuses on why I didnt maintain, just analyzing what went wrong! Anyway I'm hovering at 217 and I'm trying to knock it back down to 200! I've managed to hit the cardio once a day but havent kept up with the weights! What happened to my motivation?
