Well after a tough week of ups and downs, I havent quit yet! I've been hitting the treadmill consistently and running on it too! I'm keeping it at a mile which has been the right move! Instead of getting bored running a long time I'm challenging myself on speed! I'm getting faster but still at about the 9:30/mile mark! The big difference is, it's easier! My weight hasnt moved but then again my eating hasnt been the best either!
I'm still trying to make it through the motivation gaps! Thats probably the toughest part! I actually enjoy working out and the feeling afterwards! Its just getting out to the gym that is the hard part for me!
